We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join one of India’s biggest e-commerce client. The primary role of the applicant will be to handle customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage and asses the Customer calls in a timely manner for various reasons like answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Primary focus is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way.
- Applicant should be fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory).
- Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
- Very good spoken English & Good Attitude

Salary: 2.4 to 2.5 LPA
