Job Description: Role : Associate Vice President Sales.
Qualifications : MBA
Location : Dubai

Required Experience
· 10+ years of proven consultative sales experience in the Technology/Digital Transformation space with 2–3 years of people management experience
· Demonstrated the ability to identify, nurture and lead the talent
· Consistently over achieved sales targets at team as well as individual level
· Demonstrated ability to coach the team on sales as well as soft skills.
· Strong business acumen coupled with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations
· Ability of prioritize the tasks and activities
· Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business
· Skilled at forecasting accurately
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable experience. Master’s degree is a plus

· Motivate team members to over achieve their sales targets
· Maintain communication and feedback mechanism with the team members on a regular basis
· Percolate top level strategies and actions at team levels
· Maintain C–level relationships with key accounts and prospects in the territory and coach the team to build C–level relationships
· Keep a healthy and clean pipeline to take accurate decision on forecasting and activity levels
· Always keep looking for extraordinary talent to keep a strong bench and no open head counts
· Take ownership of own professional development and help team in their individual development
· Onboard new hires and bring them to productivity faster
