Candidates must hold both a National Trade Certificate (ITI) and a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in eligible trades including Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, and Foundryman.
Selection involves an all-India Computer Based Test covering technical trade questions, reasoning, numerical ability, and general English, followed by trade document verification.
