DSSSB Delhi District Courts Recruitment 2026 Overview
The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB), in coordination with the Principal District and Sessions Judge (HQ), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, has issued notification Advt. No. 04/2026. This recruitment drive covers 641 permanent group B and group C vacancies across District Courts and Family Courts in Delhi.
Available positions include Senior Personal Assistant, Personal Assistant, Junior Judicial Assistant, Process Server, and Peon or Orderly. Applications are accepted exclusively online through the official DSSSB registration portal from 06 October 2026 to 04 November 2026.

Eligibility Criteria & Age Limits
• Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon: Matriculation (Class 10) pass from a recognized board.
• Process Server: Class 10 pass with valid Driving License for LMV and at least two years of clean driving experience.
• Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA): Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with typing speed of 40 words per minute in English on computer.
• Senior PA and Personal Assistant: Bachelor Degree with shorthand speed of 100 or 110 wpm and typing speed of 40 wpm in English.
• Age Bracket: 18 to 27 Years as of 04 November 2026. Age relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates apply under Delhi Government rules.
Selection Process Stages
• Stage 1: Tier 1 Objective Multiple Choice Test (General Awareness, General Intelligence, English Language, and Arithmetic).
• Stage 2: Descriptive Test or Skill Test (English Typing Test for JJA; Shorthand and Typing Test for PA; Driving Test for Process Server).
• Stage 3: Interview (for Senior PA and specified court posts).
• Stage 4: Document Verification and Medical Examination.
