1. Printed Call Letter: Signed and with a recent passport photograph attached.

2. Military Discharge Book: Original Discharge Book and Service Record confirming conduct and medical category at the time of discharge.

3. Ex-Agniveer / Ex-Servicemen Certificate: Issued by the competent armed forces authority.

4. Educational Qualification Proof: 10th standard (Matriculation) mark sheet and passing certificate.

5. Photo Identity: Original Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
