KEA VAO Hall Ticket 2026 : Download Karnataka Call Letter

Karnataka Examinations Authority has issued the official hall ticket for Village Administrative Officer recruitment under the Kalyana Karnataka Cadre. The OMR written exam is scheduled for 25 October 2026.

Examination Schedule and Shift Timings

The Karnataka Examinations Authority will conduct the offline OMR test on 25 October 2026 for 67 VAO posts in Kalyana Karnataka districts.

Paper 1 takes place in the morning shift from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Paper 2 follows in the afternoon shift from 02:30 PM to 04:00 PM.

Candidates must report to their assigned venue at least 45 minutes prior to the shift start. Entry gates close strictly 15 minutes before the bell.

How to Download KEA VAO Hall Ticket

1. Go to the official Karnataka Examinations Authority portal at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

2. Navigate to the Recruitment section and click on Village Administrative Officer 2026.

3. Select the link titled Kalyana Karnataka Cadre Hall Ticket Download.

4. Enter your application number and date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format.

5. Review your personal information, test venue, and roll number displayed on screen.

6. Download the PDF file and print two clean copies for the test day.

Mandatory Exam Day Norms and Prohibited Items

Carry a printed copy of your hall ticket with a clear barcode and applicant photo.

Bring an original government ID card such as your Aadhaar card, Voter ID, driving licence, or passport.

Use only blue or black ballpoint pens for darkening OMR circles. Gel pens and pencils are not permitted.

Strict dress code rules apply. Electronic watches, mobile phones, earphones, and metallic accessories are strictly banned inside test rooms.
