Odisha Public Service Commission, Cuttack, has notified 758 Assistant Executive Engineer (Group A) posts under the Odisha Engineering Service. The intake includes 750 vacancies in Civil Engineering and 8 vacancies in Mechanical Engineering.
Selected engineers will be posted across the Water Resources Department, Works Department, and Housing and Urban Development Department to lead state infrastructure and irrigation projects.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university, or possess Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE).
Candidates must possess a valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score. Applicants must be between 21 and 38 years old as on 1 January 2026, with age relaxations of 5 years for SC, ST, SEBC, and women candidates.
Candidates will be shortlisted directly based on valid GATE scores in Civil or Mechanical engineering disciplines.
Shortlisted candidates proceed to original document verification conducted at the OPSC office in Cuttack before final appointment orders are issued.
